Your voice is yours. Here's how we treat it.

You press record. Your voice is processed, you get coaching, and the audio is never saved. We don't have user accounts. Your journey lives on your device, not our servers.

• Your recordings — processed in memory during each request and not stored afterwards. We do not keep a copy of your audio on our servers.
• Your journey — session history, confidence scores, scenario tags, language preference. Lives in your browser's local storage, on your device. We never see it.
• Aggregate, anonymous usage data — such as page views and high-level product events (e.g. "a recording was submitted"). No user identifiers, no cookies linked to you personally.

• We don't have accounts, so we can't profile you across visits.
• We don't save your recordings. Not to disk, not to a database.
• We don't sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
• We don't use your recordings, transcripts, or journey to train anyone's AI models.
• We don't show ads.

To deliver the product, we work with a small number of trusted service providers — for secure hosting, for speech-to-text, and for AI-powered coaching. Each is bound by its own contractual commitments to us, including that your content is not used to train their models. We review these commitments carefully before we choose a provider and periodically afterwards.

We may change providers over time as the technology evolves; the material promises on this page — no audio stored, no training, no sale of your data — do not change when we do.

Our parent-coaching mode is designed for parents looking for gentle, evidence-based ways to help a shy child find their voice. A child's voice may be present in recordings made in this mode. We ask that the parent make these recordings, on a device that belongs to the parent, and manage them. We do not market to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Because your journey lives in your own browser, you can delete it all in under a minute:

• Clear site data for voicealchemyai.com in your browser settings — this wipes your journey, language preference, and scenario history in one step.
• Or use an incognito / private window — nothing persists when you close it.

We have nothing to delete on our side because we don't store personal data about you on our servers.

To prevent abuse of the coaching feature, we apply short-term rate limits by network address. These records are kept only in memory for a short sliding window, are never written to disk, and are never shared.

If we change how we handle your data in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, surface a note in the app. Small clarifications may happen without a date bump.
